Please see an important update below on how the surgery is working during these difficult times.
To keep patients and staff safe we are currently operating a reduced foot fall protocol and working a total triage system. Contact has moved from face to face to telephone and video consultations, however please rest assured that if a patient needs to be seen face to face we have the capacity to do this while following government guidelines to keep everyone safe. It is important for us to remind you that we are still here to treat patients that need treating and if you have any health concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.
Our first point of contact is for patients to submit an e-consult online via www.haileyviewsurgery.webgp.com. Simply complete the online form with your symptoms which is then submitted to the surgery. Once we receive the e-consult, a clinician will triage and respond appropriately, which may be by phone or video call. If you do not have internet access please call the surgery on 01992 463363.
Where possible, we ask you to wear your own face covering when attending the surgery to protect our supplies of PPE for health care professionals.
We would like to take this opportunity to remind any patients who are yet to sign up for online services to do so. You can register online by completing the Register for Online Services form. Once you are registered you will be able to use the service to:
- Order your repeat prescriptions
- Make an appointment*
- Cancel an appointment
- Change your contact details
- Review your medications and known allergies
*(Please note, online appointment booking has been temporarily suspended to allow the surgery to correctly triage patients)
We have listed below a few items that we recommend patients to have at home where possible:
- Blood pressure monitor
- Oxygen saturation monitor (“pulse oximeter”)
You are able to purchase the items above online or through local pharmacies. These items are useful for monitoring illnesses and are particularly helpful with identifying and monitoring symptoms of COVID-19.
Thank you for your for continued support.
